While punishment, discipline and the submissive’s natural desire to please her Mistress all enhance obedience, training is a unique way to deepen obedience in that it can break down egotistic barriers that block the submissive from full engagement, it can create disincentives for behaviors that the Mistress wishes to extinguish, and it can also intensify the submissive’s trust and respect for her Mistress and her methods.
